We are building a hub to strengthen journalism in Gothenburg.

We believe that Gothenburg’s history and position make it the ideal city for media professionals from across Scandinavia and Europe to meet and collaborate.

What do we do?

The Gothenburg Media Hub is a not-for-profit organisation aiming to build a vibrant meeting place for media professionals in Sweden’s second biggest city.

We support the production of informative and interesting content about the Nordics in English and other languages. We also aim to strengthen international perspectives within the Nordic media landscape.

We facilitate meaningful connections within the media industry by organising engaging networking events where professionals can meet, exchange ideas, start collaborations and inspire one another.
